An evening of conversation around experiences of grief and loss that often remain unseen. Personal testimonies and conversations with people with lived experience, as well as professionals speaking from their own involvement, are interwoven with film screenings, poetry readings and other artistic interventions.
Among the guests is filmmaker Griet Teck, who will discuss the remarkable film project Fido (2025) by Neejten (21), who died by euthanasia following complex psychological suffering. Sabir and Ram Fakhour will also share their experiences of making the film Moving Silence and talk about how this process relates to their own experiences of migration.
